I really like Percy because he has shown courage, he is fearless in parts of the book, he is smart, he has crazy powers like when he touches water he can heal cuts, bruises, ect, he is a leader, and he is overally more ready and more understanding of a situation.
He is also the main character in the book too.

I actually liked chapter 1 because it had so many questions to be asked, it included comedy, had some reactions and would have us thinking how did we even get here if the book just started like in the begining when Percy was having a dream about Grover and they were in Florida it doesn't even say if it was a dream so it defintley got confusing.

My favorite chapter was chapter 1.I really enjoyed the comedy in chapter one with Percy and his birthday and I also enjoyed the foreshadowing of what's happening to Grover. In my opinion though the whole book is good.

My favorite Chapter of Percy Jackson is Chapter 12. Chapter 12 is the chapter where Percy and Annabeth check into C.C.'s Spa and Resort. I thought C.C. was clever when it came to tricking Percy and Annabeth into getting full makeovers. C.C. was actually a sorceress and wanted to turn all the men into guinea pigs. There was also some humor in Chapter 12. When Percy was turned into a guinea pig and put into the cage, and when all of the "guinea pigs" get turned back into men. Blackbeard was furious when Percy and Annabeth took of with his ship, and it was funny to hear that. I actually liked Chapters 3 and 7 too, but Chapter 12 was the best.

I'm not sure what chapter is was but it was called ''I accept gifts from strangers, " because I was wondering who is this jooger and how did he past the borders and how big were the snakes were on his antinnie. It was kind of foreshadowing. But when the jogger exposes himself I can see a yellow flash of the jogger transforming into hermes (god of messanger)

Hard to choose. I'm pretty sure it Chapter 18: The Party Ponies Invade. Not sure why...
However my favorite chapter in the series is: Chapter 19: We Trash the Eternal City.
I won't explain why because it contains spoilers.

I do not have a favorite chapter in The Sea of Monsters because I found that all of the chapters were good. I also found that chapter one was very funny ( Joe Bob, Babycakes etc.) So, I guess that chapter one is my favorite.

(Annabeth and percy arrive on a spa island and meet C.C. C.C had a charm that made Percy fall into her trap. She was able to trick him into drink a milkshake that turned him into a guinea pig.)
I liked C.C's spa chapter. I actually thought that it was a nice environment and they'd get some well deserved rest. I did realize something was wrong when there were no men and a box full of guinea pigs. I liked how Annabeth was brave enough to put the sword to C.C and then give the vitamins to the guinea pigs turning them all back to men. The way she rescued Percy shows she doesn't need strength to win since she's so clever. I also thought it was nice how Annabeth took off any makeup and un did her braided hair because she liked the way she was.

I love that chapter as well. It was very heroic of Annabeth to stand up to C.C. I like how you mentioned that Annabeth took off the makeup and undid the braid because she liked the way she was. This shows how strong Annabeth is.

I liked chapter 1 or 2( They one percy and tyson get attacked by those monsters in the gym. I thought that was a funny chapter and i liked it when percy realized tyson is a cyclops. I liked it when the truth gets uncovered to the lost character. In that case it was percy.) PS:JB loves his baby cakes

My favourite chapters are 1 and 2 because they were a mix of humour, action, suspense and left me with lots of questions. For example, the intense dodge ball fight was action, JB loves baby cakes was humorous and I was left with questions about Tyson and what the problem was at camp. Maybe I enjoyed it a lot because we read it together in class and we found everything funny. If the first couple of chapters in a book hook me, I know the book will be great! And The Sea Of Monsters is definitely a unique book worth studying.

In my opinion, my favourite chapters in the book, Percy Jackosn and The Sea of Monsters, would be chapters 1 & 2, because there were lots of action, humour, comedy, and it is a good way to start a book off.
