The field trips have been great this year and I do think it's to much but we are in grade 7 so you have to enjoy your last year of elementary school. My favourite so far has been going to Victoria and I am looking forward to Playland.

I think it was not too many field trips at all! I wish it was more spread out during the year. I really enjoyed dragon boating and it was fun to see my dad out there too! Watching The Hobbit with my class in the evening was a lot of fun as well. It was neat to compare the book to the movie and how different some parts were. Ice skating was more fun than I thought it was going to be. I am not a big fan of ice skating because I broke my wrist on the ice when I was younger so I never really went back. But this year, I did go back to the rink and I'm proud of myself! Bowling was a blast! I like how we got to pick our own groups and not have the teachers decide on the groups. It was fun competing against our friends because we still kept it fun and not competitive. Victoria was absolutely amazing! From getting up at 5am, the ferry ride, the museum, the Parliament Buildings and just hanging out with my friends throughout the whole day and coming back on the ferry. The whole day was very tiring but well worth it! It was really hard to get up the next morning and go back to school. Next year you should do it on a Friday. Playland hasn't happened yet but I can't wait to go with my friends. My friends are great and I know we are going to have fun. Hagrid, you are a great teacher!

I would rate these on a scale of 1 to 10
Dragon boating: 10 out of 10 because it was the first field trip we ever had.
Food bank: d10 out of 10 because not only it was fun but we got to help the poor.
The hobbit: 0 out of 10 because I never got to see it. If I was there I would give it a 10.
Ice skating:10 out of 10 because it was a good exercise for us .
Bowling:10 out of 10 because we got to bowl with our friends from other classes
Law courts: 10 out of 10 because not only we got to go to see the cases. We also saw what are the consequences of your actions.
Victoria: 10 out of 10 because we learn many things like aboriginal days and the olden days like 1950. We also got to now about the parliment building like when did the queen get the thing which I forgot.
Playland: 10 out of 10 because we get to go on to rides with our friends and chill.
bowling # 2: 10 out of 10 because not only we get to have fun we get to appreciate what the school did for us to have pizza.
The special one was going to Victoria because I got to hang out with my friends.
Thank you hagrid for taking us to these great field trips. Hagrid is # 1

I am rating these on a scale of 1-10.
Dragon Boating: 8.5/10 Dragon boating was a great way to work together and learn how to cooperate. We had to row at the same time, and that required team work. The only thing I didn't like about it is that it was very tiring and hard to row, since we were smaller back then.
Food Bank: 9/10 I loved the Food Bank!! It was a very educational field trip and actually taught you a lot. Indirectly, the message that I learned was that if you stay in school, get a good job, don't do things that you can't afford, (get married, have a kid etc...) and you won't have to go to the Food Bank. The one thing I didn't like about it was that the area it was located in was kind of scuzzy and I was scared to go there.
The Hobbit: I didn't go to that field trip but I am going to give it a 10/10. From what I heard, everyone behaved themselves and everyone enjoyed it. It had some educational value which was good, because we were studying it in class.
Ice Skating: 6/10 Ice skating is always fun to go to, but I go every year, and it gets boring. I am not a big fan of ice skating.

Bowling #1: 7.5/10 I absolutely love bowling!! I always want to go bowling for field trips, but we never do, and this year was my first time going on a bowling field trip. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was 5 pin bowling instead of 10. With 5 pin bowling, there are less pins and smaller balls. I like it when there are more pins.
Law Courts: 7/10 Going to the law courts was a very good experience and it was also interesting. When you go to the law courts, it gives you a feeling that this is where you're going to end up when and if you get in trouble with the law. The only thing I didn't like about it was that we went on a Friday, so it was a slow day and there weren't too many good cases.
Victoria: 8.5/10 Victoria was a very fun and educational field trip. We went to the Royal BC Museum and the Parliament Building then had lunch at the harbor. The only few things I didn't like about it was that we always go to the Royal BC Museum every time we have a field trip to Victoria and it gets boring. Second, we have to fill out a booklet about the Museum, and we didn't get to enjoy anything! Hagrid and the other teachers didn't even collect the booklet!!
Playland: 9.5/10 Playland is one of those fun field trips where it's all fun and no work. And I loved it!!! I got to go on the rides with all of my friends and I got to eat COTTON CANDY!!!!!! I Didn't like how it started to rain halfway through, but what are you gonna do about it?
Bowling #2: 10/10 I didn't even go on this field trip yet, but I assume that it is a 10/10. We get pizza, soda, and bowling with 10 pins!!! Why wouldn't it be a 10/10?!
I don't think it's too many field trips. We had all of the field trips spread out around the year, so it wasn't too much or too stressful for anyone. The most special ones for me were Victoria, Playland, and hopefully Bowling #2. On those field trips, we get to be with our friends, hand out and not worry about getting booklets done or remembering any facts about anything.

I enjoyed all of them. Dragon boating was something I've never done before, and it was amazing. I absolutely lived it.
Food bank was 11/10! It was moving and made me fortunate and happy. It made me feel proud that I helped and glad I did some for those in need.

Skating was okay. I think we shoul have done a small activity afterwards, because it got a little boring after. Both of the bowling field trips were awesome! I loved them!

Law courts was an experience that was opening. It gave me a look into others lives, and made me learn about lives if others, in a fascinating way. Victoria was awesome and definitely was a very fun expirience. I didn't like the booklet work though! Playland was awesome! I had a blast! I lives it all, but waiting for the food was a hallwnge because there were soooo many people!

I'm going to rate them on a 1-10 scale:
Dragon Boating: 0/10, because I don't remember going on a boat, and racing other people. If I would of went I would of rate it a 9/10, because dragon boating is a time, where we can spend time to race with our friends and classmates from other classes.
Food Bank: 9/10, because it was a very important experience to visit the place where people get food. I learned that over 100 places, people go to the Food Bank once every week, to get food, because they are living in a harsh life.
The Hobbit: 10/10, because it was really exciting to go watch a movie at 8:00pm in the theatres with our fellow classmates. I think it was a good idea to go watch the movie as a class, because we took lots of time learning and reading the book, so I think that we needed to earn something.
Ice Skating: 8.5/10, because it was really fun being able to skate with our closes friends, and help each skate if they are having trouble. It also encourages us to exercise, but having much fun.
Bowling #1 (Scottsdale Lanes): 9/10, because it was fun and enjoyable on picking our teams, bowling against each other and playing with our friends and classmates. As of skating, it is also a fun way to exercise.
Law Courts: 8/10, because I found it very informative but it wasn't really in the fun zone, more in the information zone. I enjoyed listening to the situations in the court rooms, and learning what is happening around in the world.
Victoria: 10/10, because it was really fun going to a place where it contains adventurous. I really enjoyed going to the Parliament Buildings, to the iMax Theatre, and most importantly hanging and being your friends and family.
DIDN'T GO TO PLAYLAND AND BOWLING #2, but I would still rate it as a 10/10, because we could spend the whole day with our friends and spend the year off at a FUN PLACE!
I don't think it was too many, because the more field trips we go, the more memorable the year will be.
Going to Victoria, The Hobbit, and Food bank properly were the most special field trips to be because it was very worth and fun to end the year off at Chimney Hill! :(

All of the field trips we went on this year were amazing. I loved going to Victoria and seeing the museum and the parliament building. It was so cool going through Victoria with your friends and having some free time too explore. I also really liked going bowling and can't wait to go again I also can't wait to go to Play land. I'm not saying that the other field trips weren't fun too but it's just that those were the ones that mostly stood out to me.
