If i was hired to film Hatchet i would pick someone that could actually survive in the wild by themselves. I would do that because i would really want the character to really be in to his character and feel what Brian Robeson is actually going through. I would not make any changes to the movie because people always compare the book and the movie but if you make the book and movie the exact same there is nothing to judge on it. So if people loved the book they will love the movie just as much.

I agree on your thinking about not changing the book to make the movie, because people usually like reading the books better than watching the movie. For example: people liked reading the Harry Potter series better than watching the movie. Even though you won't change the plot lines in the book to the movie, the book would still be more interesting, because in a book you can put more details and thinking than the movie.

if i was picking someone to star as brian in hatchet i would pick someone strong brave not willing to give up and someone who has experience is the wilderness. The things i would change are the emotional parts were he keeps thinking about is mom, dad, there divorce and the secret i think that would be a waste of the movie and i would change those to action parts and i would be cool to have the pilot surviving the crash and he is with brian throughout is time. I would also change the ens=d to them not finding the survival kit and not getting rescued.

i would choose peta from the hunger games because he is brave and has shown that in the hunger games . i think i would choose him because he has experience in the wilderness (pretending the hunger games is real) .

I might change the ending slightly because like I said I diddnt like the ending that much. I might leave out some things that the book had because movies tend to do that a lot. I would have an actor who has had a bit of survival experiences to give it more of a feel.

If i was to hire someone for brian it wouldnt really matter who because when youre filming the movie there are like 20 people with cameras so you dont really have to know how to survive

if i were to be hired to be in a hatchet movie, i would like to play Brian, because his character seems so fun to play and he has many of actions. and not so much dialogue which would make it easier. i would keep the exact settings, plots and everything else how it was in the book, except the ending. I would change it to something that would be less predicable and that involved more actions.

if i were casting the movie, i would choose a person who has experience to the wild and knows what they are doing. i would change the beginning a little bit just because it was so repetitive and make it more interesting so that my audience can be hooked on to the movie

I would cast a very intellectual and physically fit person as Brian because that type of person can face hard situations with the firm strength. No, because the story itself is written very nicely. I will film the scene the way he made his shelter and he found the right way to make the fire after struggling so much.
